How do I get support?

Click the "Submit A Request" link at the top right hand side of this page. You can use any email address to set up an account in the support system, but we also ask for your Paypal email address. We use that to cross reference to your order.   If it has to do with a recent purchase, please provide your Paypal Transaction number. You can find that in the email Paypal sent to you notifying you of the purchase or login to Paypal and review the details of your receipt to find the Transaction number.
