I checked my membership and all payments are up to date. What’s up?
There is a very occasional glitch in our system that sometimes will cause payments and membership’s expiration to get out of sync. Once we confirm that your payments are still current we adjust your account within the membership system. Please submit a support ticket and we’ll make the adjustment. We’ll send you an email notifying you of this and you will need to login and download your files.
